Sprouted beans and seeds - non-seasonal salad and light cooking ingredients that combine minimal preparation with nutrition and novelty value. A convenient chilled product for caterers and retailers all year round. New lines include hot pink radish, broccoli sprouts and punnet - or tray- grown snow pea shoots. A range of interesting and well-tested recipes available. Also fresh wheatgrass for juice bars, wheatgrass juicers, growing kits and supplies.

Distribution
Twice weekly chilled distribution to all wholesale markets, also via most wholefood and health distributors. Credit card facilities available and mail order deliveries for non-chilled items. Large or small customers welcome.
